1.Services

What's My Muze LLC provides custom design and production services including but not limited to:
-Direct-to-film (DTF) transfers
-Custom apparel printing
-Vinyl decals and stickers
-Sublimation production
-Promotional Merchandise
-Graphic design services
-3D printed items
Because many of our products are custom made, variations in color, size, or placement may occur.

2. Orders

Orders are considered confirmed once:
-Payment is received in full, or 
-A deposit has been made for custom work
Customers are responsible for verifying all orders before approval including spelling, sizing, quantities, and artwork.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers must have legal right to any artwork, logos, or designs submitted.
By submitting artwork you confirm that:
-You own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.
-It does not violate any copyright or trademark laws.
What's My Muze? LLC is not responsible for intellectual property violations submitted by customers.
We reserve the right to refuse printing of designs that are illegal, hateful, or inappropriate.

4. Proofs & Design Approval

If proofs are provided:
-Customers must review and approve designs before production
-Approval confirms spelling, layout, and colors
Once approved, What's My Muze? LLC is not responsible for errors in the approved proof.

5. Production Times

Production times vary depending on order size and complexity.
Typical production time:
3-10 business days
*Rush orders may be available but not guaranteed. 

6. Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Once an order is shipped, the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier. 

7. Limitation of Liability

What's My Muze? LLC is not liable for:
-indirect damages
-lost profits
-misuse of products
-delays outside our control
