Refund & Return Policy
Because most products from What's My Muze? LLC are custom made, we maintain the following refund policy.
Custom Orders
-printed apparel
-DTF transfers
-custom vinyl decals
-personalized merchandise
-sublimated products
-custom designs
Are non-refundable once production has started.
Order Errors
If we make a mistake on your order (incorrect item, print error, etc.), please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We may offer:
-a replacement
-store credit
-partial refund depending on the issue
Customer Errors
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
-incorrect size selected
-spelling mistakes submitted in artwork
-incorrect addresses
-misuse or improper care of products
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days with photos of:
-the item
-the packaging
-the shipping label
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed
